Got my 5” Square Charm Club pack (through Keepsake Quilting) tonight when hubby brought in the mail. Decided to cut them up and use them right away for a fun little Halloween pillow.
It hasn’t been quilted yet – just pieced and trimmed. I’ll be using a 12” x 16” pillow form – which is my favorite size for pillows for my chair in the family room! I’ll probably be able to do some freemotion meandering with some #100 silk and get some sort of backing fabric on it to finish it up this weekend.
Yes the colors are a little shocking – but hey, if you can’t put these wild, bright colors together at Halloween – when can you??
