Poke Cake for Dessert ...

We call it Jello Cake in our family, but I understand that it's known as "poke cake" in other parts of the country.  That was our treat tonight ...

    We also love this cake and use raspberry jello. My DIL wants this cake for her birthday she loves it so much.

    I've done it with raspberry jello too ... I think it was for a Mother's Day lunch that I had here at the house. I served raspberry sherbet with it. (so pretty)
